Shipping policy
1. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't currently ship outside the United States.
2. Where your order ships from
Every order ships from our U.S. location: 85-27 250th St, Jamaica, NY 11426, United States. Returns go to the same address.
3. Shipping methods and costs
We ship every order with USPS, including orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping is charged once per order, and you'll see the cost at checkout before you pay. There's no minimum order.
- 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.: USPS Ground Advantage $5.95 (2–5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail $10.95 (1–3 business days)
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands: USPS Ground Advantage $8.95 (3–8 business days) or USPS Priority Mail $14.95 (2–5 business days)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: USPS Priority Mail $14.95 (7–14 business days)
The delivery times above start when your order ships.
4. Processing times
We prepare orders and hand them to USPS within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
5. Delivery times
At checkout, each shipping method shows an estimated delivery date range that includes our processing time and the USPS delivery time for your address.
If your order includes items that are packaged separately, they may arrive in more than one shipment at no extra cost. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of an incomplete address, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
If we can't ship your order within the time frame stated above, we'll email you with a new estimated ship date. You can then either accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund. If we haven't shipped your order within 30 days of purchase, you can cancel it for a full refund.
6. Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a USPS tracking number and a link to track your parcel. The first tracking update can take up to 72 hours to appear.
7. Sales tax and duties
Your order ships within the United States, so there are no customs duties or import fees. Sales tax is charged where required by law. It's calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.
8. Incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't picked up, we can either:
- Refund the product price, minus the actual shipping and return costs we paid, or
- Reship the order after you pay the new shipping cost
If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us right away. We can usually fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
9. Damaged, lost, or stolen packages
Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mysa-miami.com. Include photos of the package and the items inside.
Lost: If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.
Marked delivered but not received: First check with neighbors, your building's front desk or mailroom, and around your property. If you still can't find the package after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open a claim with USPS.
